We designed our mixed boxes according to the majority’s taste experiences. Fruit extracts that we use in the fillings, essences, marmalades are all made by ourselves. For this reason crops that we use in the fillings are periodical limited to our stocks, and another flavor will proceed instead of one.

Click here to learn about each flavor. We make all of our chocolates fresh and we recommend you to consume them fresh. Since we do not use butter and cream in our fillings, we recommend a shelf life of two months at 15-18 degrees Celsius, in a sun-free and moisture-free environment.
Nihal Sevilmen-Couture Chocolate is a brand of chocolate made with good ingredients.
All our chocolates are handmade with good ingredients. We mean as a good ingredient: Belgian dark chocolates, Sun-dried apricots of our garden in Malatya and mulberries with seeds, Pomegranates, Oranges, Lemons of our garden in Dalyan, Nuts and other fruits of Anatolia and fresh grinded spices.
WE USE FRUITS THAT CONTAIN HIGH LEVEL OF POLYPHENOL COMPUNDS, NUTS AND SPICES.
We use fruit extracts, and marmalades that made by ourselves in the chocolate fillings, we don’t use any prepared fillings. For this reason, ingredients that we use in the fillings are limited to our stocks, when the ingredient runs short we have a break for that taste. We primarily prefer fruits that contain high polyphenol compounds in color of RED, PURPLE, YELLOW, ORANGE. Our focus is healthy diet, that’s why we constantly follow advices of experts, research scientific datas of healthy diet and in this direction, we make unique and healthy chocolates with an experience and knowledge of nearly 50 years.
Real handmade chocolate production is a long haul. First of all, we cover the walls of the polycarbonate molds, which are thoroughly cleaned and polished, in a thin layer and leave them to dry overnight. Then, we prepare our fillings in line with our special recipes, fill the moulds and cover them with chocolate. These processes take approximately 2 days. Chocolates that removed from mold are checked whether there is a flaw or not, each mold are cleaned and polished for next use.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
All our products are dark chocolate and contains %54.5 cocoa solids.
In this variety, beet sugar is used.
It does not contain milk and dairy products, it contains trace quantity of soy products.
Our nut flavored varieties can cause allergies.
Some of our varieties contains gluten.
They do not contain alcohol and lard oil.
Food coloring is not used.
Our products are produced in our atelier kitchen daily.
Since we make the fruit extracts used in the fillings ourselves, our assortments are limited with our seasonal stocks.
